2016 Badger Pass - 3rd attempt

This trip had 2 riders and 3 horses. It was my third attempt to ride up to/over Badger Pass in Banff National Park, the second highest pass in the Canadian Rockies that horses can trail over.
My first attempt was in 2012 during my Best of Banff trip, and second attempt was a solo trip in 2015 which was aborted due to wildfire smoke. Once again, we rode in from Lake Louise Ski Hill in stunning bluebird weather. However, a nasty storm arrived in the middle of the night with cold rain. When it became a snowy blizzard we decided to ride out, as it was late in the year and the two high passes on the trip would be, well, un-passible. Badger Pass 3 : Tania 0.
